You may request cancellation and a refund of unused job credits within seven days of purchase by emailing support@yourdomain.com from the purchasing email address.
Used credits
A job credit is considered used after its complete application kit has been successfully generated. Used credits are normally non-refundable because the digital service has already been delivered. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take five to seven working days to display the refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us with the payment reference and purchasing email. We will investigate duplicate or incorrect charges promptly.
