These terms govern your use of OneShot. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
OneShot provides AI-assisted role analysis, resume and application-document generation, application management, career insights, and interview-preparation tools using information you supply. Features may change as we improve the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information, use an email address you control, safeguard your login, and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content and accuracy
You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, career information, and other content you provide. You give us limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and produce the outputs you request.
You must have the right to upload your content. You remain responsible for reviewing every score, answer, resume, message, and generated document before using it. You must correct inaccuracies and must not use OneShot to invent or misrepresent qualifications, experience, identity, or achievements.
AI limitations and employment outcomes
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. OneShot does not provide recruitment, legal, or professional career advice and does not guarantee ATS performance, interviews, job offers, compensation, or any employment outcome. Fit and readiness scores are directional estimates, not hiring decisions.
Credits, prices, and payments
OneShot currently sells prepaid job-credit bundles, not subscriptions. One credit unlocks one complete role-specific application kit unless the purchase screen states otherwise. A credit is consumed after a kit is successfully generated; viewing or downloading that kit again does not consume another credit. If generation fails before delivery, the related credit should be restored.
Prices, included credits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and do not currently expire. We may change future pricing or credit terms, but changes will not reduce credits already purchased except where required for fraud, refunds, or legal compliance.
Cancellations and refunds
There is no recurring plan to cancel. Purchases of prepaid digital credits are generally final once credited to your account. Exceptions and remedies for duplicate charges, undelivered credits, failed service, and rights that cannot legally be excluded are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not break the law; violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights; upload malicious code; scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service; bypass access or credit controls; misuse payment systems; automate access without permission; resell the service; or use OneShot to deceive employers or other people.
Our intellectual property
OneShot, its software, interface, branding, and original service content belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Subject to these terms, you may use and edit the application materials generated for you for your personal job search.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We aim to keep OneShot available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, suspected fraud, non-payment, legal compliance, or serious or repeated misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of supported account data.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneShot is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost opportunities, hiring decisions, or loss caused by relying on unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services
The service depends on third parties including Supabase, OpenAI, Netlify, Razorpay, and Google. Their services and links may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as OneShot changes. Material updates will be communicated through the website or account where appropriate. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer remedy.
